How it works
- Who do you work with?
- Mostly early-stage SaaS, tech, and mobile companies building high-growth businesses. Some have traction and revenue, some are pre-launch. I work with the founder and the product team together.
- How many clients at once?
- A small number, usually no more than three companies at a time. Every engagement starts with a free discovery call to check the fit.
- How long does an engagement last?
- Typically 3 to 12 months, with a three month minimum. Shorter one-off sessions are available for a single question.
- How do we start?
- We have a discovery call. If there is a mutual fit, the first month is paid up front, then we book an initial session to go deep on the business and its challenges.
- Where do sessions happen?
- Sessions are remote by video. On longer engagements I sometimes meet the team in person, arranged case by case.
- When are you available?
- Generally 09:00 to 18:00 CET, Monday to Friday. Outside those hours I will do my best to find time.
